Key Biscayne lies just south of Miami Beach and east of Miami. The Key is connected to Miami via the Rickenbacker Causeway, originally built in 1947. Only 3.5 miles from downtown Miami, but a world apart, Key Biscayne is the perfect place to spend a few hours or your whole day! The closest Florida Key, with its coves and bays, numerous beaches, and beachfront hotels is a great place to explore. Definitely check out the Lighthouse on the southern tip!
